Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Arthur has been chosen for being very creative! His drawings show a lot of detail and he likes to explain what he has done.  He also has great ideas for models.  Well done!
Year 1 - Lemy has been chosen for an excellent Tiger Who Came To Tea story.  He always tries so hard and is an excellent role model to the class.  Well done!
Year 2 - Molly has been chosen for working so hard on her story based on 'The Owl Who Was Afraid Of The Dark'; what fabulous writing.  Well done!
Year 3 - A child in Year 3 has been chosen for persevering during assessment week, even though they were worried they tried their absolute best.  Well done!
Year 4 - A child in Year 4 has been chosen for excellent ghost acting and enthusiasm in our performance practice.  Well done!
Year 5 - Oscar has been chosen for listening carefully in class and offering thoughtful ideas and suggestions in class discussions. Well done!
Year 6 - A child in Year 6 has been chosen for going the extra mile in his homework; super independent spelling and times table practice and fantastic learning of cubed numbers.  Well done!

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Flo (Y6) has been chosen for being a fantastic helper with the hockey game, making sure everyone took turns with the hockey sticks.  Well done!

Be Respectful

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Milly (Y5) has been chosen for helping to put away the P.E. equipment without being asked.  Well done!

Be Ready

Well done to the children who have been ready this week.

Alfie (Y6)  has been chosen for being ready to help support younger children when playing hockey.  Well done!
