Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Year 1 - Thomas for trying his best in writing this week and always being a ready Eddy!
Year 2 - A child in Year 2 has been chosen for trying hard in her learning this week. Well done.
Year 3 - Dylan has been chosen for trying really hard to write interesting sentences in our English lessons based on 'The True Story of the Three Little Pigs.'
Year 4 - Carter has been impressing lots of staff this week with his mature and sensible attitude and making good choices.
Year 5 - Kaciee-Mae has been chosen for being helpful in class, especially whilst Miss Kilby had a sprained ankle.
Year 6 - Natasha for listening carefully trying hard and being enthusiastic about her learning (which is always well presented in her books!)
Every week Mrs Kerr will present code of conduct certificates in our celebration assembly to children who have been caught being responsible, being respectful and being ready!
Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.
Annabel (Yr4) for always making sure all the breakfast club games are tidy and ready for everyone to use.
Well done to the children who have been ready this week.
Elizabeth (Yr3) has been ready to start her work straight away this week!
Take a look at what our children have been curious about this week in their learning!
Y2 and Y3 have been so excited today to find out that we are going to get the chance to take part in Shropshire Bookfest in the Spring Term. This year the focus is on Readers and Writers and the children will have the chance to meet an author, read lots of their amazing books and learn how to create...
This week Y2 have been using ICT to help us create timelines and understand the order of events and people in the past. We have been learning about some 'Movers and Shakers' who changed the way people think.
Last Sunday, pupils from Year 4 attended the Broseley Remembrance service and read a special poem all about the significance of the poppy. Well done to all of them and other John Wilkinson pupils who were representing their scouting and sports groups.
The Reception class have been busy learning about measuring this week. We have been using unifix cubes to measure items in the classroom but found that we needed to use larger bricks to measure taller items outside!
