Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Chester has been chosen for achieving 10 sticker rewards on his chart EVERY DAY last week.  We are aiming to have a full chart by the end of term.  Well done!
Year 1 - Lewie has been chosen for his super attitude to learning and school.  He is an excellent sports man too!  Well done!
Year 2 - Joyce has been chosen for making a super effort with her reading.  Well done!
Year 3 - Jacob has been chosen for his awesome focus and effort to talk through his learning in group and class discussions.  Well done!
Year 4 - Sienna has been chosen for their sheer determination and perseverance in every aspect.  They are such a super star and we are so proud of them.  Well done!
Year 5 - Davin has been chosen for having a positive attitude to learning and recognising areas he needs to improve.  Well done!

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

Our Student Council have put forward the idea that our staff should be acknowledged for the wonderful job that they do here at John Wilkinson Primary School and Nursery.

Children will be able to nominate a member of staff each week, and the Student Council will draw a nomination out of the jar.
