Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - A child in Reception has been chosen this week for his sensitive questions for Sienna when she came to talk to his class about Cerebral Palsy. Well done.
Year 1 - Maddison has been chosen for her maturity in class and sense of responsibility in looking after the classroom. She has a kind heart and always tries her best!
Year 2 - Jacob has been chosen for really focussing on his art challenge this morning.  He listened carefully to all the instructions and produced a great design.
Year 3 - A child in Year 3 has been chosen for writing a fantastic story in her Bookfest project and producing brilliant illustrations too!  Sienna has also been chosen for reading her story to the Reception class so bravely.
Year 4 - Isabelle has been chosen for her fantastic independent work on short division this week. She has impressed us!
Year 5 - Harry has been chosen for listening well and contributing good ideas to our farmer's diary work in class this week.
Year 6 - Jessica and Chloe W have been chosen for their participation in all lessons.  Their eager attitudes are infectious.

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

A child in Year 4 has been extremely helpful at lunch times.

Sophie (Yr6) noticed when there was a spillage and ensured it was wiped, keeping everyone safe.

Mason and Tyler (Yr5) both reported a problem in the sink, so it would be dealt with efficiently.

Jessica (Yr3) for making sure our playground was clean and tidy by putting litter in the bin that wasn't hers.

Teddie (Yr4) for taking great responsibility and pride in her work and presentation.

Be Respectful

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Eliza (Yr3) is always there to lend a hand to other members of the class or adults and makes sure she shows her respect to her classroom by tidying up without a fuss.

Be Ready

Well done to the children who have been ready this week.

A child in Year 2 has been noticed for being so keen and ready to learn this week. Well done.
