Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

A child in Year 2 has been spotted helping someone who was struggling to open the door and lending a hand.

Velvet (YR) has seen that someone was upset at lunch and helped to ensure they were ok.

Henry V (Y2) has been caught tidying up a box of toys that had been knocked over to make sure everyone could move through the courtyard safely.

Be Respectful

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Alfie (YR) has been noticed for always waiting for others to walk by first and waiting patiently for them.

Carter (Y4) for always saying a lovely good morning when he comes to school.

Ryan (Y6) who helped a visitor through school who was carrying lots of things, he was overheard being very polite to them too.

A child in Reception has been noticed for holding the door open for an adult walking through school.

Be Ready

Well done to the children who have been ready this week.

A child in Year 3 has shown amazing progress in his reading and maths this week and really shown us how ready for learning he can be!
