ISSUE 26 

Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - A child in reception has been chosen for his determination in completing the sack race at sports day! He didn't give up, 
Year 1 - Bailey for trying really hard during sports day and for being kind and helpful.
Year 2 - Elizabeth has been chosen for being a fantastic racer on sports day. She kept on going and showed real determination!
Year 3 - Oscar for putting fantastic effort into everything does in school. Ollie has also been chosen in Year 3 for being really kind and helpful to all his friends.  
Year 4 - Mikey has been chosen for showing respect and enthusiasm in class and for his creative writing in our bike-boy unit.
Year 5 - Frankie and Chloe G have been chosen for working with enthusiasm on our class poetry work.  
Year 6 - Sophie for performing well at the swimming gala and representing the school.


Headteacher Awards

Every week Mrs Kerr will present code of conduct certificates in our celebration assembly to children who have been caught being responsible, being respectful and being ready!


 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Isabelle (Yr6) for helping at lunchtime to tidy up the dining hall chairs without being asked.

Alfie (Yr4) has been spotted offering help and useful tips to others in class.


Be Respectful 

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Will and George (Yr5) for being kind and helpful to other members of KS2 at lunchtime.

Josh (Yr6) for showing kindness by volunteering his place in the track event to another child on sports day.

Swimming Gala
