ISSUE 22 

Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Henry has been chosen this week for trying really hard in guided reading. You turned the pages and identified some sounds in words.
Year 1 - Frankie for trying hard in English and phonics. 
Year 2 - Thomas has been chosen for writing an amazing sentence in sentence stacking, including a simile independently. 
Year 3 - A child has been chosen this week for fantastic independent story writing. 
Year 4 - Bobby has been chosen this week for taking part in the paralympic festival and showing respect to his peers by cheering them on. 
Year 5 -  Ryan has been chosen for his hardworking attitude in class and for always having a polite manner. 
Year 6 - A child in year 6 has been chosen for overcoming his fears and lifting his feet off the swimming pool floor and beaming with pride!


Headteacher Awards

Every week Mrs Kerr will present code of conduct certificates in our celebration assembly to children who have been caught being responsible, being respectful and being ready!


 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Riley (Y1), Owen (Y3) and Bella (Y2) have been caught tidying up the corridor after a lego spillage at breakfast club. 

Miley (Y3) chose to support other members of her class in a tricky fractions lesson.

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

James (Yr4) has been spotted showing cooperative and empathetic behaviour during break time football games.
