Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Charlie has been chosen for learning his words for the Christmas performance and speaking so clearly.  Well done!
Year 1 - Phoebe has been chosen for her lovely smile, kind heart and for improving so much in her maths this term.  Well done!
Year 2 - Alfie has been chosen for always being polite, helpful and a complete star! Well done!
Year 3 - Skye has been chosen for always being a delight to teach! She is such as hard worker and we really appreciate her efforts.  Well done!
Year 4 - Violet has been chosen for working hard during our performance practices to sing with enthusiasm and say her lines clearly.  Well done!
Year 5 - Gamze has been chosen for her awesome focus and attitude to problem solving in fractions.  Well done!
Year 6 - Elsa has been chosen for her growing confidence when putting her hand up in class to answer a question. Well done!


Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.


 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Brady (Y3) has been chosen for making sure a friend was ok after accidentally hitting their leg with a hockey stick. Well done!

Grace (Y6) has been chosen for being a fantastic lunchtime helper and en excellent role model for younger children.  Well done!


Be Respectful 

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

James (Y6) has been chosen for having such lovely manners and being a helpful, lovely member of our school community.  Well done!

Davin (Y6) has been chosen for helping a learning partner with their writing and showing patience and respect.  Well done!

Reception Class Robots
The Reception class have created some robots for their homework over the past two weeks. They enjoyed showing them to the rest of the school in an assembly. The children have done a fantastic job!

Puppet Making in Reception Class
The Reception class have been making paper plate puppets this morning. We listened to the story of 'Winnie's computer' and created puppets to help us retell the story.
