Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Posie has been chosen for trying very hard with her letter formation and spellings. Well done!
Year 1 - Lorna has been chosen for always being lovely and sparkling with creativity every day. She is a star. Well done!
Year 2 - Solomon has been chosen for his fantastic effort and concentration in class recently. Well done!
Year 3 - Iris has been chosen for her fantastic focus and determination in all lessons. Well done!
Year 4 - Isabella-Rose has been chosen for having a kind nature and always listening carefully in class. Well done!
Year 5 - Jake has been chosen for consistently completing TTRS at home each night for the last few weeks. Well done!
Year 6 - Grace has been chosen for her determination with some challenging maths recall this term. Despite finding maths tricky, she has had a go, tried her best and, as a result, has mastered her long multiplication and division. Well done!

Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

Year 1 Stick Man

Year 1 are learning the story Stick Man in Writing over the next few weeks. For our introductory lesson today, we made our own stick people and retold the story using a story map. It was great fun!
