Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Noah has been chosen for trying hard in everything he does.  He always has a smile on his face.  Well done!
Year 1 - Aiden has been chosen for going above and beyond in everything he has done recently, and for his super handwriting lately.  Keep it up, well done!
Year 2 - Lewie has been chosen for his super writing and remembering his target.  Well done!
Year 3 - Brady has been chosen for his huge progress in his learning.  he is trying so hard and being super sensible.  Well done.

Another child in Year 3 has been chosen for working really hard on the column method in maths.  Well done!
Year 4 - Laura has been chosen for being a great role model in class by listening carefully to instructions and always being ready to learn.  Well done!
Year 5 - Olivia has been chosen for having a positive attitude to others and to things that happen in the classroom.  Well done!
Year 6 - Jasmine has been chosen for having such beautifully presented work all the time.  It is always a pleasure to mark her work.  Well done!


Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.

Penelope, Evelyn and Isabella-Rose (Y4) have been chosen for giving up their breaktime to sort and organise the reading books in the classroom.  Well done!

Year 1 and Year 3 'Christian Experience'
At the end of last half-term, Year 1 and 3 went to the All Saints' Church, Broseley, for a 'Christian Experience'. We learnt about all the good things the Church does and all the beautiful parts of it.

MacMillan Coffee Morning

November Events in Nursery
Nursery children have been busy thinking about Bonfire Night, Diwali and Remembrance Day. They have listened well to information and asked questions. Children took part in some lovely craft activities to demonstrate their learning. Well done children!

Sports News

Mr Bennett has chosen his 'Best PE Performer' of last half-term.  This award is for demonstrating our school's values within PE lessons and making excellent progress this half-term.

Our Year 6 Bronze Ambassadors are now awarding one pupil a certificate each week to acknowledge their effort and achievements.  This week, the Bronze Ambassadors have noticed that Isabelle has done very well in Football Club.  Well done!

Staff Award


Mrs Rushton is the recipient of this week's staff award.  She helps lots of children across every class in school, and the children appreciate her support.
