Celebration Children

Congratulations to the following children who have made us proud this week!

Reception - Bailey has been chosen for his fantastic counting and 'adding' skills! He really loves working with numbers.  Well done!
Year 1 - Erin has been chosen for having a fantastic start to Year 1 and for representing the school values.  She has been doing some wonderful phonics work too.  Well done!
Year 2 - This child has been chosen for making a fantastic effort with their homework about Owls.  Well done!
Year 3 - Fraser has been chosen for trying hard to be focussed and produce his best work.  Well done!
Year 4 - Jack has been chosen for settling really well into his new school and for being a sensible member of the class. Well done!
Year 5 - Quinn has been chosen for having a brilliant attitude to his learning; he is a role model for others.  Well done!
Year 6 - Ollie has been chosen for always being so kind and polite. He wishes people a lovely break and lunchtime. Well done!


Headteacher Awards

Every week, all members of staff are asked to nominate children who have been spotted being responsible, respectful and ready. The code of conduct certificates are always varied and demonstrate the range of places and ways that children demonstrate these values.


 Be Responsible

Well done to the children who have been responsible this week.

Jools (Y6), Joyce (Y3) and another child in Year 6 have been recognised for tidying up the playground equipment without needing to be asked.  Well done!


Be Respectful 

Well done to the children who have been respectful this week.

Aiden (Y1) has been chosen for helping a child in Reception Class who had fallen over.  Well done!

Nancy (Y5) has been chosen for helping to keep a class member focussed on their task.  Well done!


Be Ready

Well done to the children who have been ready this week.

A child in Year 5 has been chosen for learning so many 'Young Voices' songs in his own time.  Well done!

Year 3 Stone Age Camp
Year 3 pupils have been using role play to act out the Stone Age Camp from our story, Stone Age Boy. We used the verbs that we acted out in our writing!
