  • Desgin and Technology

    This week Year 1 had a DT day. We created cars using cardboard, wooden dowelling and wooden wheels. First, we designed our cars in groups and labelled important aspects on our plans such as the axle, wheels and the roof. Then we created our cars by working co-operatively. Well done Year 1!

  • Bonfire Night

    As part of our Bonfire Night learning, children made some amazing collage pictures.  We shared them with the residents of Wheatlands Care Home in Much Wenlock.  The children were very excited when they received lovely thank you letters.&nbs

  • Diwali

    Over the last two weeks, the Reception class have been learning about Diwali, the 'festival of lights'. We listened to the story of Rama and Sita and made Diva lamps to guide them home after their long journey. We also made Diwali cards and created pictures using some Rangoli patterns.

  • Earth and Space

    Year 5 have been learning about Earth and space in science. They made models to show how the Earth orbits the sun and the moon orbits the Earth.
